[UPD] University Clearance and other Exit docs application

Hello po, may mga nakapag apply na ba dito ng clearance even before the univ grad and sumakses naman? Or strictly after grad pa talaga sya?

Need na kasi sa work before starting date and I heard na matagal daw ang processing ng exit documents like these so wondering lang if may naka experience na mag apply even before grad. Thank you so much po and congrats to us !
