is this a growth spurt?

i havent been measuring myself but, i know my hormones are going like crazy. my hair has changed, im getting more manly and developing more muscle, ive been eating a bunch and not getting fat, ive been more irritable. and ive had some crazy pain on my calfs. im 5'11.5 (as the flair says), my dad is 6'2 and my mom is 5'9.5
