Jeep GC Dash lights when cold

Dash lights and wheel lock only appears when it is cold. Car can still be put into drive and reverse.

When the weather is warm there are no dash lights and it drives perfectly normal!

Does anyone know what the cause is? I already tried the two below:

-New Transfer Case

-New battery
