T1 attacking March

I want to build a small k33 keep, anyone have experience with a t1 march? Goal would be to get small positive point exchanges. Ive read of doing it with t1 archers but cannot find where; want to try it with ground. Anyone got experience with this?

T1 ground attacking marches, full ground flat refines. Or is there a good reason to do it with archers or cavs instead?
