Wrote wrong TIN# in our deed of sale

Hi! I just noticed that my TIN# is wrong in our deed of sale (lot). Deed of sale was already notratize, and yet to pass to BIR. It was my fault I gave the wrong TIN (typo error) and didn't double check.

What should I do? Can I have it error correct with the seller or in the BIR upon passing?
