[Q] Why are souvenir skins sometimes cheaper than regular versions?

Seeing some of the most expensive ones like m4a1 knight, welcome to the jungle but also cheaper ones like usp pink ddpat being same price or even cheaper than regular version of same wear, back in the day they would always be a big premium, i can understand that no one cares enough about it to overpay and so the price would be the same, but actually cheaper? Is there some reason why it's "worse" than a regular skin that I don't know about? You can just remove the stickers and get the same outcome minus the Souvenir in the name
