How to turn the PHQ into a Death Machine?

It is time. I have enough resources for this venture. Anyone have a nice layout to turn my PHQ into an overloaded portable defense station that can wipe out anything within range? I only know how to make anti-xenon defense gates but those are easy. I'm not so sure how to scale it up and maintain good coverage.
