Laptop for business

Hi everyone I'm a business development and project management professional. Im using MacBook (M1) currently and although it is seamless for most of the tasks but there's a limitation in some very important aspects of my profession like Microsoft excel. I want to learn AI integration in softwares like MS excel, BI etc Which laptop is best to be hands on and quick if I want to master the AI for business related tasks?
