Lemon Airhawk elite 1200 Ruger

Hi guys,

I am new to this. I went to Walmart and got an Airhawk elite 1200 Ruger and after a few tries, the gun stopped working. I brought it back to Walmart and they refused to take it back (it's dangerous for the staff to handle, but not dangerous enough to sell in the first place). I am super disappointed by Walmart and by Ruger.
Did we just get a lemon? And how do we get relief? I'll never shop at Walmart again, that's for sure.
