Any successful births while on lovenox?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and did IVF. I’ve been taking lovenox injections daily because I am heterozygous for factor five Leiden and my hemotologist wanted to be extra cautious with this being my first pregnancy and I’m turning 34. I’m trying to not panic about something my hemotologist told me this week. She said I must stop the lovenox 24 hours before going into labor and if I don’t, it can prevent me being able to get an epidural!! That’s like kind a massive piece of info to causally share with me with not much detail and I’m kind of panicking. How will I know I’m going into labor in 24 hours?? What if I miss the cutoff does that mean I just don’t get an epidural?? How is that acceptable? Any advice to help me not dread the next 8 months would be appreciated
