I’m about to loose it. What should I do?

For context, I am a male going through puberty and I have recently had dreams about my crush. Now these dreams are strange in a NSFW way,(If you know what I mean), and I don’t know what from. This happened twice and On the first day I miss heard the word “Tsetse” as “s*x scene” so maybe i subconsciously connected that to when I texted my crush that same day. But I’m about to loose it and I haven’t, (and can’t), tell anyone else. If anyone knows what this means, please tell me.
