On a thin thread cause of taking multiple childcare leave

I find it ridiculous that you are only entitled to 6 childcare leaves per year regardless of the number of children you have. Having only one child already has made me used up almost all of my childcare leave within half a year cause my kid is always falling sick ever since he entered infant care. I know, it can't be helped but something has to be done for the parents.

My manager has talked to me about taking childcare leaves and gave me a warning. So if my kid is sick and both me and my spouse has used up all of our childcare leaves, then how?

I'm picturing those with multiple kids. It definitely isn't easy for you guys.
