Scared i'm pregnant and I don't want to be :(

I haven't taken a test yet, but i'm thinking that i'm pregnant around 10-12 weeks. I live in North Carolina, but I'm still under my moms healthcare and I don't want her to find out if any purchases goes to her insurance company or anything like that from the OGBYN. I'm so scared to take a test but I also don't know what to do since it might be too late for me to have an abortion. Can someone help me?
