Sometimes I go to the XBox cloud gaming site, it looks one way and works, then it'll look another way and doesn't work

I'm not sure what the actual problem I'm having is and it's probably pebkac, but throwing this out there in case anyone can help me diagnose what's actually happening here.

On Friday I went to xbox.com/play and I saw what I expected to see, my profile loaded up with a list of games I recently played on the cloud. I clicked on one of them and saw the bright green play button and was able to jump in the game.

Today I go to xbox.com/play and instead of a list of games I've played recently, a couple ads, what my friends are up to, and some recommended games to play with touch. No where do I see any games I've played recently. Additionally if I click on any game now, the bright green play button is now dark green and clicking on it does nothing.

This is also not the first time it's happened. I used to play cloud games on my phone all the time with touch controls, but then this issues started happening on my phone so I started using my laptop. Now the issue is happening on my laptop as well.
