MEDPHYS 1A03 and MATH 1LT3

Hey everyone, I am going to Life Sci first year at Mac this fall, and I was wondering if I could get some guidance on the following courses. In second year, after the first gateway year, I might want to go to Medical and Biological Physics. However, my end result is Med School. To go to Medical and Biological Physics in second year I have to sacrifice two of my electives and sub in the following; MEDPHYS 1A03 and MATH 1LT3. Are these courses birds? If not, should I try to GPA max for med school by choosing easy electives like; ENVIRSC 1C03, SCIENCE 1AO3, PSYCH 1XX3 and SUSTAIN 1SO3. I fear these courses wont challenge me and might bore me. I have a natural interest for math as well.
