Thinking of traveling to Seoul, had some questions.

This post is super vain and I acknowledge that. I've always wanted to go to Seoul and I just got out of a four year relationship. I'm devastated and just looking to party for a week or so. Whats the best area to stay in for that? Also i'm a 6'5 American dude. Whats the scene like there?
