Does anyone else feel worried?

I’m an American and after hearing the news about the US bombing Iran yesterday it gave me a panic attack at work. For context I have had generalized anxiety almost my whole life (I’m in my 30s) and have been managing it with talk therapy. I haven’t had a panic in about a year or so. I feel like the only person feeling panicked about the whole thing. I’m scared that we will have an actual nuclear war. I can’t stop looking at the news or trying to google information. I keep seeing the beginning scene from the Fallout series in my head of nukes dropping everywhere and having no where to go… anyways I’m making myself crazy and sick to my stomach. Just wondering if I’m the only one.
