Duplicated Shipping Confirmations

Hey. I’m having this problem with crocs Canada. I’ve gotten about 9 of the EXACT SAME SHIPPING emails.

I’ve contacted chat twice and phoned them once. They told me to unsubscribe in the first contact. Second contact I got it again but this person also seemed clueless, third contact the person suggested it twice and tried to explain how after I’ve told them I unsubscribed both through Gmail and through their email.

Their response after all that was essentially “it’s a glitch, wait three days”

This is my first purchase from them and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this?
