Is there any way to get the San Francisco/Japan exclusive Joy-Con without going to one of them?

Context: I like collecting Joy-Con. But, there are a few (Neon Purple (R), Neon Orange (L), Pastel Yellow (L), Pastel Purple (R), Pastel Green (L)) that you can only get if you get a customized Switch at either the San Francisco or Japan Nintendo stores. I have yet to see any of those 5 for sale anywhere outside of those specific locations. Does anyone know of a way to get those specific Joy-Con without going to one of those stores and buying a brand new Switch?
