Pass-thru ratchet / socket extension

I recently bought the Home Depot 3/8 in. Drive 6-Point Pass-Thru Ratchet and Socket Set (35-Piece) to tighten tension on my garage door. The 3” extension is too long, and without the extension I don’t have enough length for this tight spot.

Is anyone aware of a 1” or 1.5” extension piece that would be compatible?
