Second legendary weapon?

Hi middle earth, I am LVL 88 guardian dwarf. I chose a 2 handed axe as my LI back in moria for my red line and I am now wanting to know at some point do I get the option to mix it up and get a one handed legendary with a legendary shield so I can try out the blue line later on joint content? Or would I only get standard weapons to use if I want to mix it up? Thanks in advance, PrickleySonOfPete
