PCOS? Too long on the pill??

I’ve been on the pill (Yaz) for almost 5 years. I’m on BC due to PCOS. Admittedly I haven’t been taking them on time. Now, i’ve been having unprotected sex about once or twice a month but can’t remember the last time I did. My period is now 1 week late but I’ve been having PMS symptoms. Is it possible that the delay is due to PCOS or that I’ve been taking the pill for too long? I’ve also been a bit stressed but I’ve been through worse before and my period was on time. Help i dont want any babies 😂
