Folks living alone: thoughts on AI health companions?

I live far from my grandmother who's alone. We regularly have a call, but I still worry about her. Thinking about AI companions - imagine a caring friend in WhatsApp who knows your Apple Watch data, e.g. "Mari, you've slept much worse then usual lately. Everything ok?".

Appealing or too much?
