No erection at all.. don't know what happend

28 year old male..not getting any erection. Even after waking up in morning little soft erection. This happened suddenly. I have bp issue due to anxiety. But now it's normal on own and my ecg , lipid, hba1c all normal. What can be reason. I don't get any erection and no sex drive... Am too much worried.
