op officially got blocked from every app possible today (yes even gpay) pls help

So my boyfriend and I broke up 15 days ago and i was the first one to block him on insta cause he micro cheated on me and i got really mad. But over the days i had second thoughts and shit because we dated for 3 years and now i really really miss him i dont think i can survive without him. Hed always come back to me and wed always get back after every breakup but this one seems permanent so its like all the 3 years just for us to never pretend like it one day. He blocked me back from each and every app and i begged him in a few but he blocked me from there as well leaving me on seen and asked his friends, mom and brother to block me too and so yes. All of this happened yesterday and i haven’t been able to do anything since and rn im at coaching about to have a major panic attack thinking about how i lost the only love of my life and idk how to process. Kindly help

Tldr: broke up with my boyfriend and now im having a panic attack so i need to know how to get over this because its really going downhill for me
