Does anyone recognize this farm layout?

Here is a picture.

I have been using the vanilla Meadowlands farm but decided I wanted to switch it up so I've been going into my save file and editing the farm type but no matter what I set it to it always ends up looking like this. It appears to be on some kind of mountain? I've tried changing it to Wilderness, Beach, and Forest but it all ends up like this. I also downloaded DaisyNiko's Mountain Top Farm to see if it would overwrite it, but unfortunately it didn't.

This is my SMAPI log.
