Do you typically see guys from Western countries marry women from back home or do you see guys marry Muslim American women or Muslim women who grew up in Western countries?

There seems to be a common thing for Muslim men when they want to settle down they tend to look for women from back home from their ancestral home countries. I don’t know how true it is or how common it is but do you see Muslim men in Western countries marry women from back from their ancestral home or do they typically marry Muslim American or Muslim women who grew up in Western countries?

I can kind of see how some Muslim men would prefer somebody from overseas instead of looking for someone in their country of residence in a Western country. Both have their upsides and downsides but what tends to be the most common occurrence?
