Women Who’ve Overcome Tough Lives — How do you see things differently from other women? Do you relate to man or stuff they say in way other women dont ?
Harsh life circumstances mean different things to different people, and I know most women face challenges and don’t just breeze through life. I’m specifically asking women who’ve had to fight for survival or overcome really poor conditions and difficult circumstances (But if you feel like your experience or perspective could help—even if you only partly relate—your input is very very welcome.)
Things like: • Coming from a poor household and being the only (or one of the few) earners in the family • Running away from home, starting life from scratch, and making something out of yourself • Working hard to leave a third-world country and starting over in a new one • Dealing with physically abusive households, etc.
These are just some extreme examples—experiences that are a little less (or more) intense are more than welcome too.
What I’m trying to understand: • Is there a difference between women who had a relatively okay life and those who faced serious hardships? • Do you agree with or better understand some ideas from redpill communities? • Do you think you played a “father” role for yourself to overcome things? • Do you see the mismatch in how men and women understand each other’s life experiences? • Did your hardships help you or give you an unfair advantage—or is the answer more nuanced?
Thanks. If any of this resonates with you ( in small or big ways ), I hope you're doing well and know you're strong.
