I just found out that Judy Garland might've been Bi... And now I'm sad.
I'm sad for her, not because she was very likely Bi, but because she was abused (forced to take certain drugs as a minor and sexually assaulted and subjected to emotional/mental abuse) and lived in a time where she couldn't be her true self. That she was born in a a hateful time. Still, she tried to show her Gay brothers that she loved us and would always be there for us. While it's a bit old fashioned now, I consider myself a friend of Dorothy. I'm so sorry Judy, I wish you could've seen the Stonewall uprising, I bet you'd be proud. I hope you've found a happier place, over the rainbow. 🏳️🌈
Here's a clip showing one of the many things the head of MGM (the company she was forced to work at as a teenager) would say to her: https://youtu.be/TmQsY1xn0RM?si=K7D6LnrxfhNauARw
