What to wear to go swimming?

One of my favorite things to do before dysphoria hit me hard was swim. Now that I'm more comfortable in my body I want to be able to go swimming again. The only problem is i dont know what to wear. I am very fond of a bikini top but as someone who has not had bottom surgery yet im not really sure what to do bottoms wise. I've never been very good at tucking (I'm almost sure im doing something wrong lmao) but I know waterproof gaffs are a thing I just worry cause when I swim I swim hard and I dont wanna be constantly worried about testicular torsion. I am unfortunately too dysphoric to rock a bulge around anyone so any advice?
