Investment Pool building logic

Does anyone knows how the autonomous investment decides which buildings to construct (or privatize)? I know it considers profit and I know there is a fandom factor, but I was wondering if there was a more complex logic behind.

In particular, I wonder if it factors at all who was contributing to the pool in the first place. I doubt it actually tracts exact where the money come from, but if the pool contribution comes mostly from aristocrats, will most buildings be rural (or fine arts)? And will more be able to build more than less profitable ones?

I tried to look for that information on the wiki and used the search function both here and in the forum, but no luck.
