Removing Frozen Berry Stains On Khaki Shorts?

I was eating a frozen pack of berries. So imagine a frozen pack of blackberry or blueberry. One berry dropped on my khaki shorts and now there are a few spot stains on my shorts. The spot stains are small but there are several of them. Imagine you take a ballpoint ink pen and put several dots on the khaki shorts is the best example I can use as to how the stains look. I went and took a paper towel and wiped it with water and the stain spots are still there. I then put some hand dish soap with water on a paper towel and scrubbed it but that doesn't do anything. I then read that you aren't supposed to use soap on fruit stains? I already did this earlier not knowing about that.

Can someone tell me what I'm suppose to do to remove these stains? Did I screw up because I already used hand soap and scrubbed it with water with a paper towel? I am basically laying the khaki shorts now on a chair now or going to put it on a hanger. I read that if you ever wash clothes and then use a dryer, then the stain would be set in after that? So I want to make sure I remove the stain correctly.

I do have dawn blue dish soap and vinegar and oxiclean and a bucket. I do not have a washer and dryer so I have to go to public laundromat to wash and dry it afterwards. I assume I should be doing this below?

I should just put the khaki shorts in a bucket of warm/hot water and oxiclean and let it soak for over 6 hours? Then rinse the water out of the khaki shorts and check if all the berry stains are gone right? Only then do I go to the public laundromat and wash these khaki shorts along with my other clothes together? Would you suggest putting some oxiclean in the drum of the public laundromat washer for this? Or is that not necessary if I notce the berry stains are gone?

If the berry stains are still there after soaking it in oxiclean and hot/warm water for over 6 hours or so in a bucket, don't bring it to laundromat? The thing is would this mean only after putting it in the washer would the stains be gone or should it be before that?

Can someone tell me if what I mentioned above is what I should do? The stains need to be gone after the oxiclean and hot/warm water soak in bucket right? Then take it and my other clothes to laundromat and wash and dry like normal with my FOCA detergent?
