My gf broke up with me today and said she’ll wait for me .

Now lemme explain , I’ve never caught my girl messing around nor trying to be with other ppl at all , I would now that’s all I’m gonna say . She’s always been loyal , truthful , and only wanting me only . Yet my insecurities ruin shit . She’s the one , she was perfect . She didn’t drink , go clubbing , have no guy friends , not a big social media or even cared about that , Reading , she was perfect . I messed it up . Anyways she acted earlier as if we were still “together” and spent this day as it’s last to hang out , as she told me that while we were doing so . Anyways , she switched up and said we’re breaking up and that we need time to heal and focus on ourselves , she said she’ll wait for me and I’ll wait for her , I’ve never been motivated to change my life and do better ASAP so I can win her back . I believe her when she says she’ll wait for me and not look for anything with anyone , but my insecurities… say otherwise . I don’t think she’ll will but I can’t help but think she actually said we broke up today that if another guy comes around and flirts and one thing leads to another . I’m scared . I believe she wouldn’t do that . Idk if I should wait for us to heal or if I should just move on . This is my gf of 18 months and my first love .
