About to buy this pre-built. Curious if building could yield a better PC

Hi all. I'm fairly rusty when it comes to PCs and I was looking into pre-builts. [I found this pre-built from Newegg](https://www.newegg.com/p/3D5-002D-000G7?Item=9SIAZBDKCS4716&cm\_sp=product-\_-from-price-options) using [toprigz.com](https://toprigz.com/) that seems to be capable of doing everything I need a desktop to do.
