Requesting help for talk therapy 70€

Hello everyone, I’m in my last semester of college and currently doing an internship full time that is unpaid and very mentaly taxing. I’ve also been struggling with ADHD and autistic symptoms and I’m trying to get assessed, but the cost is a barrier right now... I usually attend therapy weekly, but I may have to skip it this time just to save that money for weekly food, the session price is 70€

I’m based in Portugal and mental health support is very bad. Thanks for reading
