need help

so recently i downloaded a pirated game and idk if thats the cause, but my fps started spiking. it would stay on 240 fps just fine, but now it cant do 120, around at 103 and drops in fps for a brief moment (50 fps) before going back up which irritates me a lot. i tried resetting my pc thrice but its still there.
