Why do I sometimes get random bursts of excitement?

Sometimes I'll get a super strong feeling of excitement, like to the point I can feel it physically in my chest. I have to go EEEEEEEE!!! to get the feeling to subside. The feeling pops up randomly, lasts for a few seconds, then leaves. Sometiems it'll happen a couple times in the span of a few minutes, then it's gone.
