How Do I Deal With The Aftermath?

When I was 7 my brother raped me. It went on for weeks before I told him to stop or I'd tell. He did so I ended up forgetting about it until I was 14. During my 1st year of high school, I started getting flashbacks of the memory. Also, panic attacks, hypervigilance, and an overwhelmed and dreaded feeling when thinking of going home. I ended up telling my Mom, and two girls who told the school about it. I was then admitted to a mental health ward. I had psychologists, lawyers, and therapists visiting me. My Mom visited it. She came to tell me to take it back and tell the nurses that it didn't happen. I did it, but not because I wanted to, but because she begged me and told me that in our family, we don't let men dictate how to deal with issues that happen between our family. We let God handle it. So they released me, and I ended up going back to school and getting labelled as the desperate, attention-seeking, crazy girl. Years after high school, here I am still struggling with the flashback, still struggling with the hypersexuality, still struggling with body self-hatred, and a lot of other problems because of it. How do I deal with this?
