Stage/production iems vs consumer/hobbiest

I’m somewhat new to iems. I used to be a professional musician/singer; I’m always in a constant state of “might getting back into it”. But I’ve never used them on stage(we always had on stage monitors). I’m looking for some iems I can use edc right now, but I would like to be comfortable using them on stage. I don’t want customs as I’m worried about my ears changing as I get older. I can’t help but notice a difference in marketing for stage/production/commercial iems vs consumer. Of course there’s the sound profile differences, stage iems should be flatter. Also stage iems are going to be more focused of isolation. Are there any other differences?
