Agricultural water drinkable?

Local Resources

Does anyone know if "agricultural " water is chlorinated? I know sekid water wasn't meeting the new requirements before the city took over and twinned the system pushing quality water from okanagan lake, but the old system was kept in place to service as irrigation. Just curious if they are still treating it for workers who may be using it to refill waterbottles.
