Lash techs?

Recommend the best lash techs. (Pls don’t promote yourself) my last lash tech could do a full set under 2 hours but we got too close she stopped doing a good job it just turned into a yap sesh. I like a volume/wispy type of lashes. Price doesn’t matter. Good and quick work is what I’m looking for.
