Pixel 8: Any back protector/layer to improve ergonomics reduce slippery

Title.

A phone case is not an option (not going to add more bulk and weight)

I'm about to throw this thing off the window, it's either having pain on my little finger from holding it on the bottom (like holding a glass of water), or my index finger from holding on the camera bar (which was especially designed with sharp edges to increase user pain).

I'm looking to emulate the natural grip of the Pixel 5 non-glass-retarded back.

Any tips or pointing to a good product will be extremely appreciated and life saving for people walking down the street out my window.
