I vomited on the plane because somebody smelled so bad

I vomited on my way back to Stockholm from Reykjavik this morning because somebody in the area where I was sitting smelled so so so bad. Like they shat themselves and didn’t change clothes in days. Can the crew not let you on the plane if you stink so bad? And why don’t they start doing this? Hygiene is important!
