Help

My dog has been potty trained since about December, and we really like taking her places with us but we’ve noticed that she refuses to use the bathroom anywhere but our backyard. She’s going camping with us in September and I need to break her of only using the bathroom at home because we’ll be gone for a whole week and she can’t go a whole week without using the bathroom. Has anyone else had this issue with their dog? If so, how did you fix it?
