Where can I get a good, comfy collar?

In this subreddit i have found a list of good collar makers, but all of them are in America. I was hoping there was something like Collar Factory in or near Europe. The collar factories work is amazing, but for a 100 dollar collar, id have to pay more then 200 dollars total. 100 dollar base price + 100+ dollars shipping/taxes/other fees/import taxes.

Id love to hear from all the European furs where they get their stuff.
