What specific international laws or treaties (that Israel is a signatory to) do the "west bank" "settlements" break?

Aight a lot of people here even many of the zionists seem to disagree with the legality of the "settlements" and many pro-palestinians claim they are the reason for why peace is not achieved (despite the fact that we see how badly Gaza turned out when Israel left it and the fact the PLO (palestine liberation organization) was founded three years before any occupation of Judea and Samaria showing that isn't the reason for a lack of peace) (also to be clear the reason I call the "west bank" Judea and Samaria is because Jordan illegally annexed it in 1950 and then admitted in 1988 and in a treaty in 1994 they don't own it therefore it isn't the land is not the "west bank" of Jordan)
