G2A code not working, they sold me the wrong game code

So I got a series X console a few days ago, before I only had a 360. I bought a few game codes from G2A. For one of the games, for GTA 5, I got an incorrect code. So i bought the series S/X version of the game, or at least thts what i paid for, but after i redeemed it, turned out it was for the Xbox One version. I was like okay basically the same, Ill take it, but after installing, my Xbox gives an error message and it doesnt open the game.

As I can see on the website, G2A itself is not willing to take refunds, they just offer a conversation with the original seller. I started that chat, but obviously its useless, i provided them all the screenshots and they replied, log in to your account and install the game lol.

Can anyone help me out, who experienced a similar situation? Is there anything I can do to get my money back or get a new code, or I should just accept that I got scammed
