After 7 failed startups, I finally figured out why 90% fail
Hey guys, I've had over 7 failed ventures before I figured out the pattern that's been killing me (and probably a lot of us), Before I started seeing wins
We make decisions in complete isolation.
No co-founder to reality-check us, no team to bounce ideas off.
So we Ask friends for validation (they lie to be nice)
Build features we think people want (they don't)
Miss obvious red flags because we're too close to see them
Make the same mistakes other solos made before us I'm convinced this isolation is why solopreneurs have such high failure rates compared to teams.
Anyone else struggle with this? How do you get objective feedback when it's just you? What's been your biggest "I should have known better" moment?
