Matchmaking in competitive: constantly stomped and surrendering

What is going on with the matchmaking in competitive? I’m hard plat stuck because every other team I get viciously hates each other and refuses to cooperate or switch or balance the team. Just today I’ve had three teams surrender, while the other team acts like they’ve known each other for life. I’m not saying I’m that good either but something ain’t right here.
