Am I going to make it?

Budget

So my goal is to save at least 100k for the next 4 years for a down payment on a home/condo & for all other required home expenses. I have a single income of 60k but I'm working towards getting some raises at my job and may start pursuing a second job which hopefully will give me a extra income. I don't have many expenses right now since I live in a city that doesn't require owning a vehicle. I have been saving between 1100$ to 1500$ per month. Since January I've gone from having 28k in total in all my bank accounts & investments to having 45k in total as of this month (tax return season definitely helped). Will I be able to make it? Is it possible for someone with my income to own a home if I really buckle down and save as much as I possibly can?

I'm investing fairly safely (most of my money is in bonds, with a little bit of stocks & etfs strewn in) so hopefully in 4 years I'll have made a decent return on investment.

Any advice/encouragement is welcome!
